The advertised price of your home is only one part of the total project cost. Delivery, setup, utilities, site preparation, permits (if needed), and other land-specific work can all affect your final investment.
We believe you should understand those costs before you commit, not discover them halfway through the process. So here is every piece of it, and what each one starts at.
Every figure on this page is a starting point, not a quote. What you actually pay depends on your land and on the home you pick: how far the water has to run, whether the ground needs work, how big the home is, how far we are hauling it. Two people on the same road can land in different places. We would rather show you the shape of it honestly than hand you a number we cannot stand behind.

Every line above starts where it says and moves with your property. Land that needs heavy clearing, a long driveway, a lot of fill dirt, or a power run from a distance costs more, and we will tell you that before you sign anything rather than after. County permit fees are whatever your county charges.
